RETURNS POLICY
(Please read the terms below. By completing your order you agree to accept these terms).
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of us receiving the goods back. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must cover the cost of return postage to us. We would make any exchange without additional postal charges from us.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the event of a return of goods for a refund we do not refund the postage paid on the original order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@rideartsports.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rideartsports.com and we will send you the address to return the item to.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
If you wish to return your product, please email us and we will provide all the details for the return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not cover the cost of these lost items.
Pricing and Availability
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Payment shall be made in pounds sterling. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee.
The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For deliveries in the UK and the EU, the price includes VAT at the rate of the country of delivery. For deliveries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands and Canary Islands), the price remains the same, but VAT is not charged and customers are not entitled to any discounts or VAT refunds.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability and apply only to RIDEART. At times some products listed become unavailable, if so, we will be in contact with you to update you of this and suggest a possible replacement. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the products at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
All prices are quoted and products are sold by us on a delivery duty unpaid basis. You may have to pay a customs fee or import duty before the product can be delivered to you. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order with us.
Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment by credit card via the online checkout system.
